Robert Taylor President, (613) 723-4730, Ext 202 Rob was born and raised in Ottawa, Ontario. He joined the family business in 1986 and has helped to grow Andrew G. McLennan Brokers ever since. Rob took the opportunity to purchase Lester Insurance Brokers and Andrew G. McLennan Brokers in 1998 and formed Taylor Insurance and Financial Services, thus creating the Taylor Group of Companies with his parents. In 2004, Rob became sole owner of Taylor Group by purchasing his parent’s shares as they put their retirement plan into place. Rob is an avid golfer and also loves fishing and boating.

Debbie Patry Office Manager, (613) 723-4730, Ext 215 Debbie worked as a Taylor Group Customer Service Representative for 22 years before becoming our Office Manager in 2007. Licensed by the Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario (RIBO), she is currently in charge of all accounting, payroll and administrative functions in our Ottawa branch.

Debbie Nesbitt - Team Lead Customer Service Representative, (613) 723-4730, Ext 213 As one of our Customer Service Representatives, Debbie is responsible for handling our clients' files and implementing changes to their personal insurance policies. Debbie joined the Taylor Group in 2001 and completed her Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation in 2008.

Erin Darcy Customer Service Assistant Erin loves making new friends, even over the phone, which is why receptionist seemed like a natural transition from the hospitality industry. In her spare time Erin likes to knit(yes knit), spending time with her 2 tabby’s Henry & Reggie, her Corgie Mango, and her boyfriend (of course). Erin may be new to the insurance field, however, she is very excited to be a part of our team.

Tim Taylor Director, Commercial Insurance, (613) 723-4730, Ext 201 Tim grew up in Picton, Ontario and with his wife, Judy, raised their two children in Ottawa. A Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP), Tim joined Andrew G. McLennan Insurance Brokers in 1973, now part of the Taylor Group of Companies. Tim is a golf nut and a huge hockey fan.

Sharon Mousseau Account Executive / Producer, (613) 723-4730, Ext 212 A member of the Taylor Group since 1989, Sharon is a Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) with over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry. She has a background as a Life Insurance Agent (and is licensed by the Financial Services Commission of Ontario), but currently specializes in General Insurance. She works extensively in this area with several of our larger clients, including Alcatel and the Ottawa Police Service. An Ottawa native, Sharon recently took up golfing and enjoys hitting the links whenever she can.

Stephen Fritsch Account Executive / Producer, (613) 723-4730, Ext 216 Stephen joined the Taylor Group of Companies in June of 2010 after receiving his R.I.B.O. license. A graduate of the University of Tennessee-Chattanooga, where he received a Bachelor of Science and was a member of their nationally ranked golf team. Stephen recently stepped away from his professional golf career that saw him travel across North America, Great Britain and Australia. Aside from golf, he enjoys being an uncle, watching football and cheering on the Sens.

Alexandra Kealey Senior Underwriter, (613) 723-4730, Ext 204 Starting as Rob's assistant in February 2002, Alex is now one of our Senior Customer Service Representatives, where she is responsible for servicing our existing client insurance files. Alex received her Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation in 2007. Born in Ottawa, Alex graduated from Carleton University with an Honours Degree in Mass Communications. She loves reading and spending time with her young family.
